I built EmailConnect after 15+ years of watching enterprises struggle with the same problem: they needed to automate email workflows, but security requirements made it impossible.
Why I built this
Every automation platform I evaluated for clients required full mailbox access — OAuth tokens that could read, send, and delete any email. IT departments rejected them every time, and rightfully so. I built EmailConnect to be the tool that actually gets approved: inbound-only, zero mailbox access, 100% EU-hosted.
Background
My career spans consulting (Capgemini), corporate innovation, and building startups. I've worked with Fortune 500s and early-stage teams across Europe and Silicon Valley. The common thread: helping organizations adopt new technology within real-world constraints.
EmailConnect comes from that experience. It's not about what's technically possible — it's about what security teams will actually approve.
The approach
Instead of requesting mailbox access, EmailConnect works through email forwarding. You route specific emails to a subdomain, we parse them into structured JSON, and deliver via webhook. Your primary mailbox stays untouched. IT approves it because there's nothing to compromise.
