Incidents
- 21 July 2026, Web app and API. About 49 minutes. A configuration mistake during a deployment took the application down. No mail was lost.
The rest of the downtime in these figures is short windows of about five minutes around deployments, and moments when our monitoring lost its own connection. Deployments now switch between two running copies of the application, which is designed to remove those windows.
How we measure
- Each service is checked every minute by monitoring that runs separately from the product.
- The figures come straight from that monitoring. It is the same data as the live status page.
- If a sending mail server cannot reach us, it queues the message and retries. Short interruptions delay mail; they do not lose it.
